A recorded CCTV system has been installed to form part of the integrated security system for the building. There are multiple cameras located around the building leading back to a ‘head end’ system controlled by the Strata Manager.

The cameras that are wired to a digital recording device will record all cameras for security purposes and can recall the information if required.

Should a theft occur, please contact the Strata Manager and relevant authorities as soon as you become aware of the issue. The system provides the Strata Manager the ability to review any relevant footage and information can be forwarded onto the appropriate authorities.

Please note that on entering the buildings your photograph images are taken by the security CCTV system. On occasion these are provided to Police.  Please review policy documentation below.
