To ensure that all Residents are afforded equal opportunity, the following procedures have been produced for large deliveries, moving in and out of the building.
Please note that these procedures are required to be adhered to and anyone found to be breaching the procedures will be asked to leave the building immediately (whether you have finished your delivery or not) and for a period of not less than 48 hours.
Whilst we appreciate you may feel that this is unfair or insufficient time for moving into your new home, the Strata Company has a duty to ensure that the interests of all Proprietors are maintained and we therefore need to ensure the least inconvenience to other residents and contractors.
- Owners / Agents are required to notify the Strata Manager of any moving which is likely to take place within their Apartment to allow sufficient time for installation of lift curtains to protect the interior of the lift carriages.
- Delivery contractors and removalists are advised to familiarise themselves with the layout of the building prior to attending site. If parking large vehicles in the street be aware of parking restrictions. Please note the height restriction in car park entrance/exit.
- Please note the 2.2m height restriction at car park level.
- Do not block gates (vehicle or pedestrian) or hold gates open in any way.
All moving in wherever possible should be done through the car park into the lifts. Do not use the front lobby for moving furniture. - Any damage to lifts or grounds will be monitored and charged to owners.
- Unless there is a bin or area on site allocated for the purpose, all packing boxes and other materials used in the delivery of furniture and goods are to be removed off site. The cleaning staff are not responsible to cut up and dispose of your rubbish. If you choose to leave rubbish on site, the Owner will be charged for removal.
Exceptions to these procedures will not be given, so please do not ask as we do not wish to offend.
